Planning a bachelorette party is one of my favorite things to help with – but the games are always where things get tricky. You want something that actually gets everyone involved, not just the inner circle. The right game makes the whole night flow better.

This whole collection is completely free and available as an instant digital download right here on Knot & Plot. All 11 games come as a PDF in A4 size, ready to print at home. Add to cart, download in seconds, and print as many copies as you need.

Some of these are loud and chaotic, some are sneakily competitive, and some will have the bride’s jaw on the floor by the end of the round. Here’s a look at all eleven.

How to Use These Games Throughout the Night

1. Bachelorette Scattergories

I love this one because it hits the ground running with no learning curve. It’s the same classic Scattergories format most people already know – a letter gets called, everyone races to fill in a word for each category before time runs out – but all the categories are built around the bride.

Her type, her guilty pleasures, her most iconic moments. You score a point for every answer nobody else wrote, so being creative actually pays off.

The drinking rules are what push it over the edge, though. Blank on a category? Drink. Same answer as someone else? Both of you drink. The bride gets something wrong? She drinks twice. It gets chaotic fast, and that’s exactly the point. This is one of those free bachelorette party games that works for any size group and needs zero prep beyond printing.

2. Family Feud Bachelorette Edition

This one is always a hit because it’s competitive in a way that feels familiar. Everyone writes their answers to eight questions about the bride – her habits, her go-to moves, her most chaotic qualities – and then the host tallies the results. The most popular answer in the room wins the point.

The twist is what makes it fun: whoever lands dead last drinks, and anyone who matches the bride’s own pre-written answers gets to hand out a drink.

I’ve found this one surfaces stories the bride thought nobody remembered – which is always good for at least one great moment. It’s also surprisingly revealing about how differently people see the same person, which leads to a lot of “wait, really?” conversations. One of my go-to free bachelorette party games when the group has a mix of friend groups who haven’t all met yet.

3. How Well Do You Know the Bride?

This is the game that sorts the real inner circle from everyone else, and the bride figures that out pretty quickly. Guests answer 12 questions about her – her signature drink, her most embarrassing habit, her biggest dealbreaker, her 3am snack of choice.

The bride fills in her real answers beforehand and hands the sheet to the host so nobody sees them ahead of time. Every wrong guess means you drink. Every right one means the bride drinks in your honor. And the guest with the most right answers at the end gets to assign a dare.

I’ve seen this one get surprisingly competitive – people take their bride knowledge very seriously, and the ones who’ve been friends the longest have a lot riding on their score. It’s one of those free bachelorette party games that feels personal in the best way.

4. Bachelorette Word Scramble

Don’t let the simple setup fool you – this one gets messy fast, especially once drinks are flowing. Guests race to unscramble 12 bachelorette and bride-themed words before everyone else does.

Every word left blank when time’s called? Drink. Finish last overall? Drink twice. The winner gets to pick one word and make everyone who got it wrong take a sip.

5. Date Night Ideas for the Couple

This is the one that doubles as a gift, and I love that about it. Guests fill in date night ideas across four categories – at-home dates, adventure dates, foodie dates, and cozy rainy day dates – plus one wildcard. The completed sheets go into a date night jar the couple takes home after the wedding.

The drinking rule is what makes it fun in the moment, though. The bride reads every entry out loud. If she’d actually do it, she drinks. If she’d never in a million years do it, the person who wrote it drinks. The wildcard ideas get read last and judged most harshly. Funniest entry wins a prize.

It’s one of those free bachelorette party games where the couple keeps talking about it long after the party’s over – and they actually use the jar, which makes it a really sweet keepsake.

6. Bachelorette Bingo

Bachelorette Bingo is my favorite kind of game because it runs in the background all night without anyone having to stop and organize a round. The squares are filled with things the bride is likely to say, do, or get caught doing throughout the party – denying she’s drunk, crying happy tears, saying “this is the best night ever,” refusing to leave the dance floor, losing her phone.

Everyone marks off squares in real time as the night unfolds. Hit BINGO and drink to celebrate.

The best part is the moment when the bride finds out she’s been the subject of everyone’s card all night – ideally after at least two rounds. She always takes it in good spirits because by that point, the evidence is overwhelming. This one’s become one of my most-recommended free bachelorette party games because it adds a layer of fun to literally everything else you’re doing.

7. Would She Rather?

This one is short, fast, and always causes at least one “wait – really?!” moment. Guests go through 12 this-or-that scenarios, all built around the bride’s personality, preferences, and more chaotic tendencies, and circle the option they think she’d choose. The bride reveals her real answers at the end.

Every wrong guess drinks. If the whole group gets the same question wrong, the bride drinks for being unpredictable.

I really like how quick this one moves – it’s easy to squeeze in between other activities without losing momentum. And it works on every group, whether people know the bride really well or just met her that day. It’s one of those free bachelorette party games that sounds simple on paper but ends up starting more conversations than you’d expect.

8. Find the Guest Bachelorette Edition

This is the ice-breaker I always recommend when the group is a mix of different friend circles who haven’t all spent time together. It gets people off their phones and actually talking within the first ten minutes.

Guests walk around collecting signatures from people who match each square on their card – someone who’s had a worse hangover than the bride, someone who met the partner before they were official, someone who’s been on a girls’ trip with the bride. Every square you can’t fill by the end of the round? You drink. First to BINGO wins and gets to make the bride finish her drink.

It’s loud, it’s sociable, and it breaks the ice faster than anything else I’ve seen. As far as free bachelorette party games go, this one does the most heavy lifting for the social side of the night – especially in that first hour when things are still warming up.

9. Bachelorette Scavenger Hunt

If you want one game that carries energy all the way through the night, this is it. The Bachelorette Scavenger Hunt turns the whole evening into a running competition with three tiers of challenges – each one bolder and worth more points than the last.

From making a toast with the bride for 5 points to convincing a stranger to propose to her on one knee for 15 points, every challenge needs photo or video proof. The bride has to attempt at least one challenge from every category, which keeps her in the mix no matter what. Highest score at the end of the night wins.

I love this one because it gives the night a through-line – people are thinking about it even when they’re doing other things. And the photos you end up with are honestly the best party documentation you could ask for. The stories the next morning are basically guaranteed.

10. Drink If…

This one needs zero setup and zero explaining, which makes it one of the most useful free bachelorette party games to have in your back pocket. Someone reads each statement out loud. If it applies to you, you drink. Statements marked with a crown apply specifically to the bride – if it’s her, she drinks. If a statement applies to everyone at the same time, everyone drinks together.

It runs in three rounds that escalate from light and relatable to genuinely unfiltered, ending on statements nobody can keep a straight face through. No prep, no equipment, no mercy – just hand it out and go.

I’ve found this is always the one people remember most the next day, which is saying something given how the rest of the night usually goes. It’s a great one to pull out when you need to reset the energy or fill a gap in the schedule.

11. Mad Libs Love Story

Save this one for later in the night – that’s when it really shines. Mad Libs Love Story turns the couple’s origin story into something completely unhinged. Guests fill in 20 prompts (an adjective, a famous person, a silly sound, a body part) without seeing the story first.

When everyone’s done, the bride reads the full thing out loud using everyone’s answers. She drinks every time it gets weird – which is pretty much every sentence. Guests drink every time she makes eye contact with them while reading.

The result is one part sentimental, three parts absolutely ridiculous, and entirely the kind of thing worth keeping as a memento. I love that this one wraps the game portion of the night on a high note – it’s funny, it’s about the couple, and it ends with the bride laughing. That’s a pretty good way to close out. As far as free bachelorette party games go, this one might be the most memorable of the bunch.

How to Use These Games Throughout the Night

All 11 of these free bachelorette party games are available right here on Knot & Plot as instant digital downloads. Every single one is completely free – just add to cart, download the PDF, and print at home in A4 size. No waiting around, no minimum order, no fuss. Print as many copies as you need for your group size and you’re set.

I’d honestly recommend picking three or four that fit your vibe and layering them throughout the night. Start with something sociable like Find the Guest to warm up the room, move into something competitive in the middle like Family Feud or Scattergories, and save Mad Libs or Drink If… for when the night is really going. Keep Bingo running in the background the whole time. The point is to keep the energy moving and make sure everyone feels like part of the celebration – not just the bride’s college friends or the ones who’ve known her the longest.

The bride only gets one bachelorette party. These games are a small thing that makes a big difference. Grab the ones that feel right for your group and have the best night.
