Sending thank you cards after your wedding is one of those things that feels a little overwhelming when you’re staring down a guest list – but it really does mean a lot. Your guests showed up, brought gifts, and celebrated with you. A beautiful card is a small thing that goes a long way.

I put together a free set of seven wedding thank you cards so you can find one that actually feels like you. Each design has its own style, so whether your wedding was a black-tie ballroom event or a relaxed backyard party, there’s something here for every couple.

Tips for Printing Your Thank You Cards

1. “From Our Hearts to Yours”

This one is clean, polished, and modern. I love it for city weddings – the kind with rooftop receptions, sleek florals, and guests in cocktail attire.

The minimalist style lets the words do the work, and the luxury feel comes through without being overdone. If your wedding had a sophisticated, contemporary vibe, these are the thank you cards for you.

2. “With Love and Endless Thanks”

For the black-tie ballroom wedding, this is the one. It’s classic and timeless in a way that feels really elevated without being stuffy.

If your guests dressed up and your venue had chandeliers, this card matches that same energy. It’s the kind of thank you card that feels as special as the event itself.

3. “Thank You”

I love this design because it works for literally any wedding. Sometimes simple is exactly the right call, and this one is romantic and elegant without trying too hard.

It’s the kind of thank you card that never feels out of place. If you’re not sure which design to pick, this one is always a beautiful, timeless choice.

4. “A Little Note”

This design is for the grand, over-the-top celebration where every detail was carefully planned. It’s poetic and glamorous with a traditional feel that fits a big, beautiful wedding really well.

If your wedding had a full floral installation, a multi-course dinner, and a live band, this is the thank you card for you. It carries that same sense of occasion.

5. “Love Was Here”

This one is one of my favorites for outdoor and garden weddings. The romantic, bohemian feel is perfect if your ceremony had wildflowers, string lights, and a soft, dreamy atmosphere.

It feels earthy and ethereal at the same time – the kind of thank you card that carries that same magic your guests felt standing outside under the trees or in an open field.

6. “With All Our Thanks”

I love this one for the couple who didn’t follow a traditional wedding template. It’s modern and artistic with an eclectic edge that works really well when your wedding had a unique, personal style.

If you went your own way with the details – unexpected florals, a nontraditional venue, a color palette nobody saw coming – this thank you card fits right in.

7. “A Small Note with Big Gratitude”

This one is casual, fun, and full of personality. It’s made for the laid-back wedding – the backyard party, the brewery reception, the celebration that felt more like a big gathering with your favorite people than a formal event.

If your wedding had a whimsical, relaxed vibe, this is the thank you card that matches it perfectly. It doesn’t take itself too seriously, and that’s exactly the point.

What’s Included

7 Thank You Card Designs in One PDF

All seven designs come as individual PDF files, so you only print the ones you want. No flipping through pages or pulling apart a combined file – just open the design you like and send it straight to the printer.

Instant Digital Download

There’s no waiting and no shipping. As soon as you download the file, it’s yours to print whenever you’re ready. That’s a big help when you’re already juggling post-wedding tasks.

Print-Ready Size

The cards are formatted at 5.5 x 4.75 inches, which is a standard A2 card size. That makes them easy to print at home or take to a print shop without any resizing or reformatting.

Print at Home or at a Shop

You’ve got options with these thank you cards. Print them yourself at home, or take the file to Staples, FedEx Office, or any local print shop. Either approach works great, and I’ll share a few tips below to help you get the best results.

Tips for Printing Your Thank You Cards

Getting the cards printed well makes a real difference in how they look and feel. Here are a few things I always suggest to couples who are printing these at home or taking them to a shop.

Use Cardstock for the Best Results

Regular printer paper works in a pinch, but cardstock is really the way to go. Look for something in the 80-110 lb range – it gives the thank you cards a sturdy, high-quality feel that makes them look like they came from a stationer rather than your home printer.

Choose Your Finish Based on Your Wedding Style

Matte paper keeps things soft and elegant, which works really well for romantic or traditional wedding styles. Glossy gives a more polished, modern finish.

Think about the overall feel of your wedding and match the finish to that. If your day was warm and romantic, go matte. If it was sleek and contemporary, glossy is a great fit.

Set Your Printer to Best Quality

If you’re printing at home, change your printer settings to best quality before you hit print. It makes a noticeable difference in how crisp and clean the text and details look – especially on cardstock.

Print in Bulk at a Local Shop

If you have a long guest list, a print shop is usually the most efficient option. Staples, FedEx Office, and most local print shops can handle this kind of print job easily.

Just send them the PDF and let them know you’d like cardstock in the weight and finish that works best for you. It’s a quick conversation and the results are usually really great.
