If you’ve been planning a Fresh Off the Market bridal shower, you already know how sweet this theme is. The farmers market vibe, the soft pinks and greens, the cute little market stall details – it all comes together into something really special. And I’ve put together a full set of free printables to go with it so you can pull off the whole look without spending hours on Canva.
Everything in this set is free to download and ready to print at home. I’ll walk you through each piece below so you know exactly what’s included and how it fits into your party setup.
The Free Fresh Off the Market Printables
Here’s everything that comes in this set. I’ve grouped them by how you’d actually use them on the day.
She’s Fresh Off the Market Bridal Shower Invitation
This is where the party starts. It’s a 5×7 invitation designed for the Fresh Off the Market theme – it covers everything guests need to know, including the bride’s name, date, time, location, and RSVP details. The download comes with blank fields so you can fill in the details by hand or customize it before you print.
I’d suggest printing on cardstock for a polished finish – it makes such a difference with invitations.
Station Signs
These are some of my favorite pieces in the whole set. You get six station signs – one for the mimosa bar, one for cards and gifts, one for advice and well wishes, one for the photo guest book, one for recipe cards, and one for the flower bar. Each one has the same market stall design so everything looks cohesive when you lay it all out.
They’re great for guiding guests around the space without you having to answer the same questions over and over. Just frame them or pop them in a little easel stand and you’re done. Each sign includes a short tagline or instruction line underneath the header so guests know exactly what to do at each station.
Table Numbers
The table numbers match the rest of the set perfectly – same striped market canopy design, same soft color palette. I’ve included numbers one through ten, and you only need to print the ones you’re actually using. They look really pretty on cardstock tucked into a small frame or a clip stand at each table.
If you fold them in half they also work as freestanding tent cards, which is a nice easy option if you don’t want to deal with frames.
Menu Card
If you’re doing a sit-down brunch or a styled table setup, the menu card pulls everything together. It’s a 5×7 card with blank fields so you can write in whatever you’re serving – a peach mimosa bar, fresh fruit platters, honey butter biscuits, whatever fits your spread. You can print one to display at the food table or one per guest at each place setting.
Having a printed menu gives the table that extra polished touch that guests always notice.
Advice Card
This is your fill-in advice card for the advice station. The “before you leave the market” prompt is so fitting for the theme – it gives guests a fun lead-in to write down their best advice or a wish for the bride. I love setting these out in a little stack next to a pen cup and a collection basket so guests can drop them in as they go.
The bride always ends up treasuring these long after the party. It’s one of those simple extras that really sticks.
Recipe Card
This is a 4×6 fill-in card for guests to share a favorite recipe as a gift for the bride. It includes fields for the recipe name, ingredients, instructions, and a personal note. The cards go home with the bride at the end of the party as a ready-made recipe collection – I’ve seen brides put them in a little box and actually use them, which is really sweet.
Pair it with the Recipe Cards station sign for a self-running setup that doesn’t need much explanation.
Place Cards & Food Labels
This one covers two things at once. You get a guest place card with space for a name and table number, and a food label card with space for a dish name and a short note or allergen detail. Both are tent-fold designs, so you just print, trim, score, and fold – no frames needed. The place card folds to 3.5×2 inches and the food label folds to a matching tent-style label.
These are the little details that make a table setup look really thought-through, and I love that this set includes them.
Favor Tags
The favor tags are 2×3.5 inches – standard business card size – and ten fit on one sheet, so they’re really easy to print in bulk. The front says “Thank you” and the back has space for the couple’s names and the event date. Trim them, punch a hole at the top, and tie them to your favors with ribbon or twine.
Simple, coordinated, and one less thing to DIY from scratch.
